This blend of Grenache, Syrah Carignane and Cinsault finds a balance between notes of terroir and fruit very nicely, with raspberry and spice over dry earth and stone. It’s a fine bottle for pairing with roast pork or fowl – go right ahead and herb encrust that meat! A Platinum Award winner at the 2021 San Diego International Wine & Spirits Challenge.
