A new producer to me, and one I plan to check into further after tasting this blend of Grenache, Syrah and Petite Sirah. All the parts are evident on the nose and in the mouth, with white pepper serving as the web that holds the cherry and blueberry fruit in tension with dry earth minerality, vanilla and fall spice. It’s oak forward in the finish at present, but will calm nicely with a bit more bottle aging. Nicely done!
