Made entirely from Petit Verdot, a variety usually used in Bordeaux for blending, this is a unique single vineyard expression from Uruguay. Ripe black cherry, blackberry, cedar and sage shape this bold and decadent Petit Verdot that is aged in untoasted oak for at least one year. It comes on strong with big tannins, calling for a hearty main course.
