Bodega Trivento, Mendoza (Argentina) Malbec 2019

 This lighter styled Malbec will appeal especially to those who find most Malbecs too overpowering or heavy.  Still, it has good concentration despite its lack of muscularity.  Savory, smoke-y undertones balance the dark fruity profile.  Suave, mild tannins mean this is a wine to enjoy now.  It’s a good example of “less is more.”  The price adds to its enjoyment.
