Although Graciano has the reputation of making a tough and tannic wine, Parra Jimenez has tamed it nicely. It’s a dense wine with an alluring combination of earth and explosive black fruit. Both savory and succulent, it would be a good choice for a butterflied leg of lamb on the grill. A great bargain.
