Bodegas y Vinedos Raúl Pérez, Bierzo (Castilla y León, Spain) Godello 2020

This fresh, bright, textured varietal Godello from Bierzo comes from celebrated Spanish winemaker Raúl Pérez — the driving force behind some of Spain’s most exciting wines.  Pérez’s 2020 Godello has juicy flavors of stone fruit, peach skin, and lemon peel with a slight saline edge.  It is rich and round on the palate, with razor-like acidity, and finishes with a long and deeply savory mineral finish.  Simply put, this is downright delicious!
