With intense aromas (less grassy and more fruit driven), this very attractive Sauvignon Blanc has substantial depth of flavor that focuses on citrus and tropical fruits. It finishes on a note of refreshing but not screeching acidity. Immensely sip-able on its own it is also a good companion to a range of foods including shellfish and poultry.
