There are a lot of places for light and unemotional wines such as this. I can imagine sipping it on the deck, or at a beach party or picnic. At this price it’s a good wine for a gathering of friends and family — it would be a pleasant pour with burgers or hot dogs, meatballs or pizza. Although it’s not very complex, it does have an engaging aroma, and it doesn’t burden the palate with masses of overripe fruit.
