This newcomer on the scene (at least for me) demonstrates once again the beauty, richness and complexity of Chardonnay from Monterey County’s cool Santa Lucia Highlands district. Showing impressive weight on the palate without sacrificing elegance, it walks that fine line between just enough power, or too much. Aromas of lemon crème, baked apple and pie spice dominate.
