A winemaking friend has spoiled me on this style for Grenache Blanc, so I’m happy to find another example that runs in the same vein. It features bright peach and stony minerality, along with mild honey notes that ride on crisp acidity, culminating in a blossoming finish that keeps you coming back to the glass. No accompaniment is required — just relax and drink in the deliciousness.
