Here is a very young wine that shows the vibrancy of its youth in its firm tannic structure, which, as it subsides, will leave a gorgeous wine. Not that it’s not already beautiful in its expression of cherry, raspberry and pepper. Decant this for a few hours near term to get at everything within, or age for five years or so before going in. I don’t say that about wines in this price range very often – I would go for a case!
