A fine example of a full malolactic fermentation Chardonnay that maintains racy acidity amidst the weight that the process provides. It’s a big wine, with tropical fruit and cedary spice tones forward, a generous midpalate and a crisp finish where bright nectarine makes an appearance. A fine solo glass, or a great pairing for rich seafood preps.
