A field blend styled wine, it’s got deep blackberry and plum with fall spice and baker’s chocolate on the nose and in the mouth, with bright acid and a long rich finish. This is a recent release, and Carol’s wines often take a while to show their full glory, but they’re always worth the wait. Decant this one in its youth, and age the rest of the case….
