This wine proves that Bical, Cerceal, and Encuzado can compete with Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc and arguably perform better when you factor in price. This expressive young blend is bright and vivid, showing fresh floral and stone fruit aromas. Notes of juicy stone fruit, wet stone, and citrus zest dominate the palate. The ample acidity makes this an utterly refreshing and quaffable wine.
