My go-to white when in Cabo is now available in several US markets. Founded in 2013 by veteran winemaker Carmillo Magoni, the family-owned winery added a new tasting room recently which is a must-visit for Guadalupe wine tourists. A blend of Viognier (80%) and Fiano (20%), this 2022 Manaz captures plenty of tropical fruit aromas with citrus in the background. Medium-bodied with excellent structure, it delivers lively flavors of ripe pear along with some ginger and Meyer lemon. This well-knit Viognier is easy to match with shellfish but also enjoyable as an aperitif.
