If you like your Sangiovese on the spicy side, this fits the bill with cinnamon and allspice complementing the bright cherry fruit. It’s fully ripe, but maintains the acid profile to pair nicely with saucy pasta preps or marbled red meats. The Castello di Amorosa is one of the few domestic producers giving this variety proper care and handling year over year. Contains 6% Merlot.
