You will want to give this wine some time in your cellar. Some grip shows real age-worthiness, and it will be worth waiting for it to fully integrate. Apple, herbs, soft spice and oak toast are just starting to come together, and they will do so with style. That said, it is perfectly ok to decant this a while to open it up.
