East of Burgundy and bordering Switzerland, Jura is one of France’s smaller regions known for their funky wines. This Zero Dosage – no sugar added – Crémant du Jura by Champ Divin is made in the traditional Champagne method and has both crisp acidity and a very oxidized flavor profile. Bruised apple and pear meld with wet chalk and lightly toasted wheat bread. Champ Divin prides themselves on their biodynamic wines and organic certification.
