A new bottling for the winery, and one worthy of being separated from the pack — Hideway Vineyard — and it’s a wine for the cellar. Firm tannins propping up rich black and red fruit, brown spice, earthy minerality and carefully selected oak lots that give a layered toastiness that will fold in with some cellaring.
