While the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon may be a tad more opulent than previous vintages, this remains an elegant and refined wine. The dark cherry flavors are concentrated, the tannins soft, the oak spicy but discreet, and there is enough acidity to balance the wine’s overall dense, ripe, round character.
