The companion to the Noble Baron Cabernet is this juicy and concentrated Barossa Shiraz. Aged in French oak for 24 months, it has a very deep black-ruby color, toasted oak, spice and subtle berry aromatics. The flavors are textured, with dark fruits and anise notes, 14.5% alcohol and good length. It’s powerful, concentrated and a little hot in the finish, but this Noble Baron Shiraz will not disappoint those who like their Shiraz big and gutsy.
