Another fine effort in Concha y Toro’s River Series of wallet friendly wines. Aromas and flavors of blueberry, raspberry, toffee, violet and fall spice are soft on the nose and bold on the palate, with bright acidity and a long well integrated finish. This is crying out for a rare New York strip – but it would be a fine soloist, too.
