Very compelling bubbly — an initially gentle floral nose evolves into a bright, fruit driven aromatic profile with a little time in the glass. I get a burst of grilled pineapple flavor on entry, and it’s quickly joined by citrus and apple notes. Made in a dry yet bold style with a nice toasty complement joining the fruit in the lingering finish, along with a dash of residual sugar serving to knit things together beautifully. Well done! Contains 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay.
