Rich with berries and other ripe fruits, plus touches of spice and hints of floral aromatics, the wine is dry and full flavored. While it is assertive enough to serve with rich beef or lamb stews, it also accommodates tastily to Pinot Noir’s classic affinity for grilled salmon, tuna or duck breast.
