I appreciate a wine that takes you on a journey from beginning to end, and Cuvaison’s Sauvignon Blanc is a great example of the type. It starts out simple and soft, but comes on with layered complexity thanks to a little oak and a little Semillion. It finishes with a nice acidic pop that turns things zesty and bright.
