It’s been a long time since I have enjoyed a more satisfying red Côtes du Rhône Villages. The wine offers all the intriguing complexity that distinguishes the finest southern Rhône reds, being filled with flavors that echo savory spices, as well as dried herbs and flowers, in addition to fresh, juicy fruit. Deliciously long on the palate, it resembles a first class Châteauneuf, at less than half the price.
