A solid Cabernet Sauvignon at a nice price. It’s quite fruit forward, showing plum, blackberry and black cherry with notes of fall spice and faint dried herbs. It’s got the structure you’d expect from Duckhorn, and a long well integrated finish. I’m thinking an Angus burger smothered in blue cheese butter. Contains 10% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot.
