Delamotte’s association with the ultra-premium Salon sometimes causes it to be regarded as a second wine, which it isn’t, and which ignores its continued improvement through the years. This one is a lighter style of Champagne with gamey aromas and nice fruitiness, but also with flavors of brioche, moderate body and good bubble persistence.
