Delille has created a masterful blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon that highlights the best of both of those varieties. The pleasantly piercing bite of Sauvignon nicely complements the lanolin-like texture and creaminess of Semillon. Racy acidity in the finish keeps it fresh. It would be a good choice for a roast chicken in a creamy tarragon sauce.
