DeLille Cellars is an iconic winery based in Woodinville, Washington just outside of Seattle. The winery has spent the last 30 years working with farmers throughout Washington to establish relationships, source the best fruit, and make some fantastic wines. Sagemoor Vineyards is part of a larger group of vineyards which includes the locally famed Dionysus and Bacchus Vineyards. This Riesling is bright with tropical fruit and honeysuckle, floral notes. There is just a hint of sweetness to balance the plethora of acidity. Drinking this wine today, I would pair it with any hotly spicy dish, but this wine will mature in the bottle for those patient enough to wait.
