Once it was a rarity to find dry table wines from regions that produced naturally sweet or fortified wines. Now it is common, and here owner AXA (who also makes sweet and dry wines in the Douro and in the Sauternes regions) has a Furmint with fruit oil fragrances and a relatively soft body, but one with a tart finish and notes of minerality and citrus fruits.
