Fermented in tank with French oak staves and aged for four months, the result is a classy food-friendly white wine. With its deliciously balanced fruit flavors backed up by a flicker of toasted oak, this bright and citrusy Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with steamed clams, with garlicky sautéed greens, or with simple pasta dishes such as spaghetti or fettuccine with pesto.
