Domaine Bousquets “Gaia” Malbec has a note of Andes on the nose — not the Andes Range, where the wine hails from, but the rectangular chocolate mint candies in the green foil wrappers. There is ripe Malbec fruit in the mix, and the mint is faint if at all present on the palate. It is a very approachable drink me now wine that will please a crowd.
