Light and lively, Jour de Soif, or thirst day, is a made-to-drink-young Cabernet Franc. Filled with freshness, dark fruit, crushed rocks, and with an abv at 13%, this is a red wine I enjoy in summer served with a chill. Pierre Gauthier is a leader in organic farming in Bourgueil, earning his certification in 2000. This wine is an easy choice — pair with sunshine and charcuterie.
