A better than it has to be Bourgogne Blanc, it reverberates with intense, vibrant and concentrated apple, peach, a bit of pink grapefruit, a dash of lime zest mingling with noted of vanilla, supported by piquant acidity. It is made by winemaker Damien Martin, whose father created the domaine in 1975 in Davayé, west of the city of Mâcon.
