I imagine that like any job, making wine on two continents isn’t necessarily as glamorous as it sounds, but I also imagine that the lessons learned from both sites over many years has its benefits, and fortunately for you and me, its beneficiaries. This exquisite Pinot Noir shows deep aromatic layers that include wildflowers, cherry, kirsch, anise and powdery spice that are just beginning to unfold their palate story. This will continue to add depth and elegance with age. It’s structured for aging, so decant well if you crack it near term. Gorgeous!
