A complete, compelling wine, this shows terrific intensity and depth of flavor, yet somehow seems as delicate as it is powerful. Dark cherry fruit is accented with hints of fresh meat, wild mushrooms, and woodsmoke, with wood and grape tannins that lend appropriate grip without any astringency.
