Perfumed notes of violet, cracked pepper, soy, and sweet-tart red fruits waft from the glass. The high-toned notes continue in the palate with cranberry and pomegranate, but are joined by sweet cherry and blackberry. Taut acidity and fine tannins make this an elegant drink. The finish is crisp with a slight medicinal edge.
