The grapes for this wine were sourced from vines grown on the plateau above the city of Ampuis. Viognier and Roussanne were fermented in stainless steel tanks while the Marsanne and Grenache Blanc fermented for two months in barrique, 5% new. After blending, the wine was aged 9 months, 50% in stainless steel, 50% barrique and bottled unfiltered. It is a gentle wine with a light yellow color and light peach, mango lemon fruit flavors, perfect for a Sunday brunch.
