Domaine Lupin’s Cuvée du Pépé is a single-plot vineyard with 70+ year old vines and is their flagship wine. Unlike a traditional Rousette de Savoie, winemaker Bruno Lupin makes this one to bottle age beyond the AOP’s nominal six year limit. The wine is nicely balanced between rich mineral-driven acidity, yellow apple and coconut cream. For those enjoying this wine today, it has the acidity and flavor concentration to pair nicely with anything from risotto to grilled chicken.
