Domaine Paul Mas, Pays d’Oc IGP (Languedoc, France) Chardonnay 2019

 For a brief moment, this wine tiptoes onto the palate with a light tread, before the flavors explode like a wine piñata showering the taste buds with rich, bright fruit.  The finish is long and restorative.  Domaine Paul Mas was created in 1990 by Jean-Claude Mas who named it after his father.  The family has been making wine in this region for more than a hundred years.
