The usual Mediterranean blend of Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvedre has come together nicely in this moderately full-bodied red wine. Filled with a combination of spice, herbs and red fruit-like flavors, it’s balanced and fresh. It would be a good choice for simple meat or even well seasoned chicken on the grill.
