This is a delightfully juicy red wine made of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah made by the Saurel family who have been caring for vineyards for since 1821. Joel and Amie Saurel run the winery operating the winery, and their son Romain is the winemaker. Their vineyards are certified organic by Agriculture Biologique. Grenache aromas and flavors of black cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and strawberry mingle with Syrah’s black fruits and earthy black pepper notes with hints of dried woody herbs.
