El Moli is a blend of Syrah, Grenache Noir and Carignan that was aged in mostly one-used oak for 14 months. The color is a very deep ruby and the aromatics are forward ripe berry and spice. The richly textured flavors are layered with sweet fruit, firm refined tannins, 14% alcohol and good length. All three of the single vineyard wines from Dom. Singla were among the best I tasted in Roussillon.
