Grillo is a cross between Catarratto Bianco and Muscat of Alexandria. The Rallo Family has created a very enjoyable dry white wine with a pale golden color. It is ripe and juicy in the mouth with a mélange of apple, lemon, and melon flavors with a light note of fresh lemon thyme. Serve it for a Sunday brunch, picnic, or dinner with friends. The winery is a member of SoStain, an organization that certifies companies’ sustainability efforts including, “the fields being cultivated, worker welfare, consumer health, local communities, and natural resources.”
