This traditional Alsace Riesling has a distinct sweet edge without being cloying. Indeed, that light suggestion of sweetness is one of the reasons expertly made Rieslings from this French region have so many devoted fans. Enjoy it well chilled as an aperitif, and/or with typical Alsace specialties such as sausages. It also partners beautifully with many kinds of seafood, including most shellfish.
