There are many moments these days when it seems there are fewer and fewer things one can depend on but wine lovers can count on Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc to remain delicious year after year. A blend of 22% Sauvignon Musqué and 7% Sauvignon Gris lend complexity to the main portion comprised of Sauvignon Blanc, and this vibrant, juicy white wine seems always to please with its suggestions of tropical fruits, peach, pineapple and citrus. After fermenting in stainless steel, it went on to spend just enough time in barrels to develop a slightly creamy texture that nicely balances its inherent acidity.
