Duckhorn, North Coast (California) Sauvignon Blanc 2021

 This crisp and savory white wine is a product of California’s northern regions, whose appellations include Sonoma County, Napa Valley, Lake County, and Mendocino County.   A small percentage of Sémillon (less than 10%) adds interest and complexity to this Sauvignon Blanc.  Fermented and aged in both stainless steel and new French oak, the wine offers ripe citrus and tropical fruit flavors, along with refreshing acidity and a subtle but palate-pleasing silkiness to the texture.
