An intensely fruited nose of pineapple and papaya are very attractive, and lead to a palate that expresses those characteristics well, with bright acidity, reasonable oak toast and spice, and a little dried herb note in the finish that makes the fruit pop by contrast. There is plenty of food friendly acidity here, so don’t fear the cream sauces.
