At the risk of sounding like a broken record, here’s another Argentine Malbec that over-delivers relative to its asking price. Dark cherry fruit notes are the primary attraction, and though they are a bit sweet, they aren’t distracting, and the wine shows enough tannic grip to seem balanced in the finish and capable of matching up with many moderately robust foods.
